Travel and accommodations must be provided if engagement is more than 60 miles from Slidell, LA 70461. 4-5 star lodging accommodations required with a driver to and from the engagement to the hotel.
Program itinerary must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the engagement.
Meals must be provided and/or comped
